We are excited to share that we have gradually begun to re-open our shops, with a new approach to service. These enhancements will not only prioritize the health of our teams and customers, but will provide the convenience, personalization, and expertise that you have come to expect from us here at MALIN+GOETZ.

 

Choose how you prefer to shop with us.
You may call or email your local shop to take advantage of the following services:

• Curbside Pick-up: have your order prepared in advance.
• Virtual Consultations: connect via video or phone with your in-shop expert + have your
  selections shipped to you.
• Private Shopping: shop solo. book a private appointment with a store associate for a one-on-one, no-contact experience.

 

Additionally, we are operating with the following shop protocols in place:

+ updated business hours (see below for shop specific information).

+ social distancing: no more than 2 customers at a time, please.

+ our teams will wear face coverings, we ask that you do the same.

+ please maintain a 6-ft distance from one another. we have markings on the floor to serve as a reminder.

+ avoid entering the shop if you have a cough or fever.

+ card payment only: our stores will temporarily become cashless.

+ no touch policy: we will provide our expert recommendations without demonstrating.
